The Haymaker Creative District of Cozad seeks assistance from local artists to enhance their windows with a mural. Karlie Buss, the creative director, explained that with the Chamber of Commerce updating its signage, they aim to do the same with a window mural to signify the Creative District's presence. Initially considering designing their own logo or purchasing a sign, they ultimately decided to host a contest involving artists to engage the creative community. Artists are encouraged to design a mural representing the office's purpose, vision, and creativity, with the final submission required to be scannable for a translucent vinyl window wrap. The mural should reflect community, growth, and creativity while promoting existing public art projects and supporting local creatives.
